Custom signage directed guests to the left toward the check-in area, where they swiftly made their way through to begin a memorable evening. Members of the press were directed to the right off the elevators for check-in, where VIPs walked the red carpet.
After enjoying a beverage, chatting with fellow attendees, and observing the auction items, leaders and allies were guided into the reception space. A large stage and 130 tables were perfectly set for all 1300 attendees to enjoy dinner, programming, and performances.
