A Sip of Creativity: Introducing The Glasshouse’s New Beverage Program for Spring/Summer 2025

May 28, 2025

At The Glasshouse, every detail is designed to create an unforgettable experience—including our cocktails.
Twice a year, our Beverage Team develops a new lineup of seasonal drinks, combining fresh ingredients, vibrant colors, and bold flavors.

With a focus on balance, approachability, and sustainability, we’re excited to introduce our latest beverage menu.

Commitment to Sustainability & Creative Process

Each cocktail begins with an idea—whether inspired by seasonal produce, a unique garnish from a local market, or a desire to explore new flavor combinations.

Our team experiments with fresh, natural ingredients to craft drinks that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.

Sustainability is at the heart of our approach. We source local spirits whenever possible and incorporate eco-friendly practices, such as agave straws, to minimize waste.

By working with seasonal ingredients, we ensure our drinks remain fresh, flavorful, and responsibly crafted.
